Bloomswood
We work closely with Bloomswood, a niche market high-end residential property developer with the strap line ‘A Home Like No Other’. This philosophy follows through the brand development and all of Bloomswood’s development marketing. We produce a broad range of marketing materials, including individual property branding, sales brochures, site signage, point of sale and ad campaigns, artist’s impressions and cgi’s.
Branding
Each new development, in some cases each property, requires branding. We research names and conceptualise the identity to follow through to all marketing material.
Sales literature
Sales literature needs to be unique to each property and include floor plans, photographs and relevant location details. From the original floor plans received, we produce accurate, to scale artwork, working closely with the architects to ensure specifications and sizing are correct. We design, produced, copy write and co-ordinate print for all of Bloomswood’s development sales literature.
Ad campaigns
Local and regional ad campaigns are put in place to support other marketing material and show home openings. The ads are designed retaining the development branding.
Point of sale
From window hanging point of sale to bespoke site hoarding, we design all point of sale specific to each development.
CGI & artist's impressions
Artist’s impressions need to represent the new home accurately. We work with several artists to produce different types of artist’s impressions depending on the requirements, from the harder, more technical computer-generated images to a softer, free-style watercolour impression. These images are then manipulated for use on all marketing material.
Hand-over case
We were asked to produce a high quality hand-over case to help the new homeowner with the management of their new Bloomswood home. Manufactured in mock leather with foil printing and individual tabs, the case is collated to contain all documentation, warranties and appliance handbooks.
